Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days.  The item or items must not have been used, damaged or washed and must be in their original packaging.  Any labels must remain attached to the product.  Refunds will be credited to you in the form of payment that was originally used.  The refund will include the price of each item returned plus any taxes charged.  No original shipping costs or tax on shipping costs will be refunded.  We will process your refund after we receive your return item.  Please allow up to 3 to 6 weeks for the credit to post to your account after your return has been processed.

If you are returning a product because it is damaged, defective, or not the product you ordered and the error was made by us, we will send you a replacement item immediately or refund the full amount to you.  We will require the first item returned to us within 3 weeks in new and unused condition.  Please call us at (703) 578-1800 or email us at info@koricha.com and we will expedite the replacement or refund."                                            
                                             
                                            
Changing or Canceling Your Order
You can change your order at any time before you make a payment.  If you would like to change your order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to change it, if the item has not been shipped yet.  However, once your order is shipped, we will be unable to make that change but may offer a return or exchange for the order.  We try to get your order to you as soon as possible so, if you have any changes, it is imperative that you contact us at the earliest possible.  If you have any questions about an order you have placed, please contact our team via email at info@koricha.com or call us at (703) 578-1800 and we will make every effort to assist you.

Please note, if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special offer, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion."
